Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

Today’s Truth
Strength Doesn't Mean Carrying Everything Alone
Galatians 6:2 · World English Bible
You were taught, without anyone saying it out loud, that a man handles his own weight. You learned it from the way your father went quiet after work. You learned it from the group chat that never gets the real update. So you keep showing up competent, and you keep going to bed tired in a way sleep does not touch.
Paul does not compliment that instinct. He names it as a failure of love. Bearing a brother's burden is not therapy-speak. It is how you fulfill the law of Christ, which means isolation, even impressive isolation, is not holiness. It is unfinished obedience. The man who never asks is not strong. He is unsupervised.
Someone already knows you are not fine. They are waiting for you to stop performing. Strength, in this kingdom, looks like handing over the thing you have been gripping until your hands went numb, and trusting that Christ is not embarrassed by the help.
Today’s Challenge
Ask one trusted person for help with something you have been carrying alone.
Pray
Father, I am tired of pretending I can hold this. Give me the humility to let a brother in, and the courage to be that brother for someone else. Teach me that asking is not failure. Amen.
